Relaunch: Ruby Wax's website Black Dog Tribe, an advice and discussion portal for depression sufferers, will be revamped by the end of the month

Ruby Wax is relaunching her new social networking website for people with mental illness after it crashed under the weight of interest.

The comedian, below, who has suffered from depression, started Black Dog Tribe last month but it went into meltdown when former spin doctor Alastair Campbell appeared on it to discuss his own battle with the illness.

Wax, 58, said today the site, which has had 60,000 visitors, will be revamped by the end of the month.

It has sections on illnesses, medication and other help, and Wax chats with the public about their problems.
