All Points East and Field Day festival 2022 lineup: Gorillaz, The Chemical Brothers and Tame Impala among headliners

More than 80 acts on the lineup for next year’s All Points East and Field Day festivals have been unveiled, with Gorillaz and Tame Impala among a star-studded array of headliners.

Kraftwerk and the Chemical Brothers will top the bill at Field Day on August 20, which comes in the middle of two weekends of music as part of All Points East.

It is the largest edition of All Points East festival so far, with six days of music taking place from August 19-28.

The opening night will be topped by Gorillaz and IDLES, while Tame Impala, FJK and Caroline Polachek will lead the bill on August 25.

The following day, The National, Fleet Foxes and King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard are among the top acts, while on August 27, things will be capped off with performances from Disclosure, Fred again.. and James Blake.

Closing All Points East on August 28 is a line-up with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and Michael Kiwanuka at the helm. More acts are set to be announced, but the full line-up so far is below.

General tickets will go on sale at 10am on Thursday 25 November. American Express card members can access a presale from 1pm on Monday 22 November.

Standard tickets will cost £59.95 for a single day of the festival while VIP tickets can be purchased for £95. Multi-day tickets are also available.

2021 saw All Points East return after the pandemic brought live music to a halt. Headliners included Jamie xx, Bicep and London Grammar.

Gareth Cooper, Field Day Director, said: “Off the back of a successful year last year, we’re delighted Field Day is returning to Victoria Park to celebrate its 15th edition.

“This year will be our biggest yet and we’re excited to welcome two of the most iconic acts in the history of electronic music to the festival, as well as a selection of the most groundbreaking artists in the industry.”
