An angry motorist found a novel way to berate a selfish parker with a "questionnaire" pinned to their a windscreen.
The "passive-aggressive" note, neatly written in block capitals, asks questions of the unconscientious driver, whose parking apparently caused the author to miss a christening.
It was spotted tucked under the windscreen wipers of a car in Clapham, outside a small gated estate next to the Marsh & Parsons estate agent on Old Town.
The message is addressed to an “inconsiderate neighbour” or “Clapham weekend reveller” and tells them to fill in the questionnaire to win a prize.
It asks: “Did you: A. Park in a legitimate parking space? B. See it wasn’t a legit space, think ‘f*** it’ and park there anyway #yolo [you only live once]? C. Park across the drive causing us to miss an important christening and let down our close friends?”
It also appears to reveal the author reported the vehicle to police and the council instead of letting down its tyres of drilling through the roof.
The angry note then jokes that “possible prizes” may include £10,000 tax free cash or dinner for two at a restaurant.
Annie Copus spotted the memo on February 14 while she was out walking her dog, and posted it to the S*** London Facebook group earlier this week.
She said: “I'm a pretty curious person so if something catches my eye, I usually investigate.
“I've been shown some great passive aggressive notes by friends but coming across one of the best I've ever seen was a real treat I had to share.”
