Boy, 13, with autism who vanished from Peckham park found safe and well

A young autistic boy who disappeared from a Peckham park has been found safe and well.

Tohib Dauda, 13, from Peckham went missing this afternoon.

He vanished from the children's play area in Peckham Rye Park at about 3.45pm.

Police put out an appeal to help find the youngster, asking members of the public to report any sightings.

Officers cancelled their appeal just after 8.15pm on Saturday evening, saying the teenager had been found.

Police thanked the public and the media for their assistance in tracking him down.
