Three people were knifed and rushed to hospital within just a few hours in Shepherd’s Bush on Wednesday evening.

Police were called to the underground station shortly after 10.40pm to reports of a 30-year-old man injured from stab wounds to his arm and chest.

He was rushed to hospital, where doctors confirmed his condition was non-life threatening.

Police arrested a man, 22, on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon and he remains in custody, reports MyLondon.

Later the same night, two other men - who are both aged 25 - walked into a west London hospital with stab injuries and, again, both were found to be non-life threatening.

Both men were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and taken into custody.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 10.40pm on Wednesday, September 15 to reports of a man with stab injuries outside Shepherd’s Bush Underground Station.

“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service. A 30-year-old man was taken to hospital with stab injuries to his arm and chest. His condition was assessed as non-life-threatening.

“At around the same time officers on patrol stopped a 22-year-old man on Uxbridge Road. He was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon and taken into custody.

“Two men, both aged 25, later self-presented to a west London hospital with stab injuries. Their conditions were assessed as non-life-threatening.
