Police are appealing for the public's help to identify a mystery man who collapsed on a south-west London street and later died.

The man was found on Gideon Road in Wandsworth on the evening of Sunday, April 10, and died several days later at a west London hospital.

He did not have any identifying documents on him when he collapsed, and police said he does not appear to have been reported missing.

The man was known to travel on main line trains between Clapham Junction and Malden Manor in Kingston, and it is thought he may have been called Tomasz, but enquiries by police have so far failed to establish any more details about his identity.

Police are hoping to locate any next of kin,and are appealing for anyone who might have known him to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101 quoting reference number 16FOU003643, or ring 020 8247 8232 between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
