Ping massage parlour loses licence renewal bid after 'slapping sounds' heard

A massage parlour that was investigated over claims it offered sexual services has been refused a licence renewal.

Kensington and Chelsea councillors said Li Ping Han, the owner of The Ping Wellness Centre in Earl’s Court, was not “a fit and proper” person.

Licensing officers who had investigated heard a “slapping sound” in one room.

Benjamin Duncan-Jones, who represented the owner at the hearing, said the complaints were “hints” and she would appeal.
