A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of fraud after music fans were duped with fake tickets for rapper Drake's performance at London's O2 Arena.

The 17-year-old boy from Hackney was released on police bail yesterday until May 8 pending further enquiries.

Gig goers reported being sold the forged concert tickets outside Stratford tube station last week.

The Canadian artist, 27, performed in Greenwich over three consecutive nights between March 24-26.

Police have so far received complaints from four people who were sold fake tickets but believe others may have been affected.

Detective Constable Oliver Carne, who is leading the investigation, said: "Though only four victims have come forward so far, we believe there could be many more victims who travelled from all over the UK to see Drake.

"We have a number of leads, but need as many people as possible to get in touch."

Anyone with information should contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 quoting TSub/B3 of 31/03/14. Alternatively, people can call Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
