An urban adventurer has become the first person ever to stand atop Wembley Stadium’s iconic arch.

James Kingston, who has gained notoriety after attempting death-defying climbs around the world, live-streamed his latest stunt using a head-mounted 4GEE Action Cam.

He was able to capture extraordinary views from the apex of the arch, which towers 440ft above the pitch at 90,000-capacity stadium.

The video sees Kingston carefully creeping his way across the arch, before taking a selfie with panoramic views of London and the City behind him.

The climb only came to fruition after three months of planning, which involved a team of over 30 safety and security professionals.

The daredevil made headlines in the past after climbing a 300ft crane in Southampton, and has previously been arrested by French police after scaling the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

YouTube videos of the stunts have attracted millions of views.
