Security staff at Canary Wharf delighted shoppers by bursting into dance on Friday.

The flashmob was staged in aid of Children in Need and featured around 15 security staff who were caught on camera as they threw shapes in a shopping centre.

A crowd of shoppers gathered around and cheered as the dancers showed off their routines for hits including Jerry Lee Lewis's Great Balls of Fire.

The uniformed staff appeared to be having a ball during the choreographed dance.

Children in Need takes place from 7.30 on BBC One on Friday evening.
