Hurricane Ophelia: Your photos as sky glows orange across London

As the sky over England turned shades of orange and yellow today, we asked followers on Twitter to send in their photos of the red sun.

As Storm Ophelia pushed warmer air from Africa, Saharan dust combined with smoke and debris from recent wildfires in Spain and Portugal, has coated the country.

The bizarre phenomenon has left many asking whether they're seeing the capital through a filter or if the apocalypse is nigh.
