Ed Miliband’s speech on Labour’s U-turn on welfare policy seems to have met with the approval of BBC reporter Gary O’Donoghue, who does the morning political agenda slot on Radio 4’s Today programme. He enthused about how Miliband was showing voters “real plans for the Labour government when it wins the general election”. Should that not be 'if'?
