Emilia Fox keeps out of gender rows

As new Burberry CEO Christopher Bailey entered the Hall of Fame at last night’s WGSN Global Fashion Awards at the V&A, guests discussed the fact that there are just two female FTSE-100 CEOs following the departure of Angela Ahrendts from Burberry. “I don’t get hung up on gender,” said actress Emilia Fox. Milliner Stephen Jones said while gender needn’t be a deciding factor, “I always think the synergy between a male designer and a female CEO is very good.”
