Is Alan Yentob set for a windfall?

News that United Business Media is to sell Property Week and its North American IT channel business for £8.5 million will be of interest to BBC arts chief Alan Yentob. He owns 2,619 shares in UBM, which he declares in a BBC register under corporation rules. UBM’s share price this morning dropped back to 718p, having hit 727p on Friday afternoon, shortly after the announcement, making Yentob’s shares worth around £19,000.
