Lady Edith dips dim sum with Romeo

New Romeo Douglas Booth and Downton Abbey actress Laura Carmichael were dim sum dipping at Hakkasan in Hanway Place yesterday. The top-notch Chinese restaurant had laid on a Cantonese feast for guests including photography artist Alison Jackson and designers Amy Molyneaux and Percy Parker to mark its new dim sum Sunday lunches.

Booth is starring in director Carlo Carlei’s adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, out next month, with a screenplay by Julian Fellowes, but there was no sign of his on-screen Juliet, Hailee Steinfeld.
