In just one month Pippa has penned a food column for Waitrose Kitchen magazine and a diary of her Alpine skiing adventures for The Spectator. She’s even pulled off the old hack trick of advertising one column while writing another.

In the Speccie she casually mentions that she’s “ditched the usual diet of sushi, Vietnamese spring rolls and tangerine sake jellies” — which just so happens to be the “Asian fusion themed” recipes she’s provided for Waitrose. Such intertextuality is truly inspiring.
