Westminster Council gym bunnies lead by example

As Westminster City Council reveals its latest suggestions of using the benefit system to coax the more rotund members of society into exercise, some may wonder if councillors will struggle to provide a strong example.

One overweight member of rival council Hammersmith & Fulham thinks Westminster may be well-placed. “They’re mostly rather slim,” he says. “They look like they’re going to the gym all the time.”
