It's no secret that Meghan Markle loves working out. She often wrote about her Pilates practice on The Tig and shared how her mother got her into yoga - there were even rumors that Prince Harry was doing yoga alongside her.

In 2015, she told Best Health magazine, "Yoga is my thing. My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven."

Now, one of her previous personal trainers has talked to Vanity Fair Spain about working with the former Suits star.

Celebrity trainer Jorge Blanco counts Chris Hemsworth, Elsa Pataky, Robert Pattinson among his clients.

Blanco worked as a lawyer before he got into fitness after he met an NHL player who wanted his help training. He then began working with Drake, who he now considers a close friend.

Blanco ended up training Meghan when she was filming Suits in Toronto and says they did martial arts, boxing and kickboxing.

He said, "The truth is that I never thought she could become a princess!"

He also said that he would love to train her again now that she and Harry have relocated although his schedule is quite busy at the moment.

According to Instagram, he also boxed with her best friend Jessica Mulroney.

He sang her praises, telling the magazine, "I had a great time training with her because she is super sympathetic and also speaks Spanish with an Argentine accent."

Meghan interned at the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires for a few months while she was at Northwestern University.

She told Marie Claire in 2018, "I'm 20 years old, in Buenos Aires, in a motorcade, doing that whole thing. I thought for sure I would still have a career in politics. Then I came back to L.A. for Christmas, and a friend of mine from college introduced me to this manager."
