As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s official work as senior members of the Royal Family comes to an end on March 31, the couple have been laying the groundwork for their future endeavors.

One day after it was reported that Meghan would be voicing a Disney documentary on elephants and that she and Harry and their 10-month-hold son Archie had moved from Canada to Los Angeles, staffing for their charitable non-profit appears to be under way.

According to Page Six, Harry and Meghan have hired Catherine St Laurent as chief of staff and executive director of their new foundation.

St Laurent most recently served as director of brand and special initiatives for the Melinda Gates-owned Pivotal Ventures, and has also worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

St Laurent shared the news of her departure in an email, which Page Six posted.

“After nearly 9 years alongside Melinda and the Gates Foundation and Pivotal Ventures teams, I am moving on to begin a new chapter,” part of the email read.

“Beginning next week I will be acting as Chief of Staff and Executive Director of the new non-profit enterprise for Meghan M and Harry. They are embarking on a new chapter themselves and I am thrilled to be able to play a supporting role in realizing their vision and enabling them to achieve impact on the issues that matter most to them,” St Laurent reportedly went on to write.

Though Harry and Meghan haven’t announced further details on a new charity, they have shared some clues on their website.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do not plan to start a ‘foundation’, but rather intend to develop a new way to effect change and complement the efforts made by so many excellent foundations globally,” the site stated, also noting they would continue to post updates as they “develop their non-profit organization and plan for their future.”
