Airline Jet2 and tour operator Jet2holidays will resume flights and holidays on July 1.
The company said the health and safety of customers and colleagues is the "absolute priority", and it will continue to monitor the situation closely.
“We have said throughout that the sun will shine again and when it does, we will be there to take customers away on their well-deserved holidays," the company said in a statement on Friday.
“As well as taking them away for their much-needed holidays, customers can be assured that we will be implementing measures, in consultation with the relevant authorities, to ensure the safety and well-being of everybody onboard."
The airline said anyone due to depart on a flight before July 1 does not need to contact the company.
"We are continuing to proactively contact customers to discuss all options, one of which is rebooking your holiday to a later date," the statement said.
"We know just how important holidays are to you, and how much they give everyone something to look forward to, particularly after a difficult time such as this."
Jet2 was recognised as the best airline and tour operator in the UK for its treatment of customers in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, according to a survey by Money Saving Expert.
It comes as the Competition and Markets Authority said package holiday firms will face greater scrutiny from the competition watchdog over failures to refund customers.
The authority said its coronavirus taskforce would be prioritising the sector after seeing a spike in complaints from holidaymakers struggling to get their money back for cancelled trips.
Investigators at the CMA said they have now received 60,000 coronavirus-related contacts from March 10 to May 17, with the majority relating to the travel, holiday and hotel businesses.
