A one-year-old baby and two adults taken to hospital after a crash on the busy north circular road on Sunday.

Police said the three patients were treated after two cars were involved in a collision at the junction of Station Road with the A406 near Bounds Green.

The two drivers - one a man and one a woman - were both taken to hospital, as was a one-year-old who was a passenger in the car.

None of the injuries were thought to be life-threatening, according to police.

A spokeswoman confirmed officers were called to the scene at 12.42pm by the London Ambulance Service.

The crash caused delays on the north circular as thousands of fans made their way to Wembley for the FA Cup semi-final between Aston Villa and Liverpool at 3pm.
