Commuters faced delays this morning as five lines were hit with problems.

Both the Circle and District lines had minor delays due to emergency engineering work in the Mansion House Area.

Earls Court to Wimbledon and Barking to Upminster on the District line were the main problem areas, while the rest of the line had a good service, according to Transport for London (TfL).

The Metropolitan Line also had minor delays from Rickmansworth to Amersham and Chesham while engineers responded to a signal failure at Chalfont & Latimer.

Part of the London Overground from Sydenham to West Croydon has also been suspended while TfL attempts to fix a signal failure at West Croydon.

The Waterloo & City line was also unavailable due to a planned closure.
