Ambergate: Teen falls to death from roof in Derbyshire

A teenager had died after falling 10ft from the roof of a derelict building in Derbyshire.

Emergency services were called to a unit at Derwent Works, Matlock Road, Ambergate, at around 8pm on Sunday following reports a man was injured.

Paramedics and Derbyshire Police rushed to the scene and the man, thought to be aged 19, was taken to hospital, but was later pronounced dead.

His death is not thought to be suspicious and the police are preparing a file for the coroner, the BBC reported.
