Fourth man remanded over murder

A fourth man has appeared in court charged with stabbing a teenager to death at a petrol station.

Michael Boyde, 37, of Ambleside Road, Willesden, north west London, was charged on Thursday with the murder of Kul Hawadleh on February 19.

He appeared at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court where the case was committed to the Central Criminal Court following a short hearing.

Mr Hawadleh, a 19-year-old student, suffered a stab wound to the chest on the forecourt of the Total petrol station in High Street, Wealdstone, north west London.

He and a friend were attacked as they put fuel in their car shortly before 7.30pm.

Boyde is also charged with an alternative offence of Mr Hawadleh's manslaughter as well as the attempted murder and grievous bodily harm of Abdi Wahab Guiled and one charge of violent disorder.

He was remanded in custody and will appear alongside three other men charged with the murder at the Old Bailey on June 5.
