Gleeful snowboarder makes most of wintry conditions to ride 'slopes' of Norwich

Heavy snow brought much of the UK to a standstill with widespread travel disruption and scores of school closures, but some were able to make the most of a rare snow day.

Willie Steil shared the clip on Twitter, showing the snowboarder glide along Gas Hill - a 300-metre stretch - as snow showers continued to fall on the winter wonderland.

Mr Steil said later he had attempted the run and fallen over twice en route.
