Mother's Wagamama lunch 'ruined' by man with his bare feet out

A mother's lunch at Wagamama was "ruined" by a customer who was photographed resting his bare feet on a nearby bench.

Saffron Snow, 31, was so shocked by the man's relaxed dining style she took a photograph. She posted it to Snapchat with the caption: “Man with his vile feet out in Wagamama” alongside some emojis to express her nausea.

Ms Snow also tweeted the picture to the restaurant’s official Twitter account, writing: “Having to eat opposite this ruined lovely service and lovely food’.

She later added: ‘His toenails were rank as well.”

Wagamama responded to her tweet to apologise, and asked her to use an official customer form to leave feedback.

Ms Snow said she did not confront the impolite customer as she “couldn’t be bothered” because she was out with her children.

The incident took place at a new branch of Wagamama in Cheltenham.

The Japan-inspired British fast food chain is known for its canteen-style communal seating, featuring long tables and backless benches.
