A teenage babysitter has been arrested and charged after allegedly sexually abusing a four-year-old boy.
Esmeralda Medellin, 18, was babysitting the young child at a house in San Antonio, Texas when she allegedly forced the child to perform sex acts on her.
The child alerted his mother to the alleged assault while Ms Medellin was still in their home on March 28, My San Antonio reported.
The horrified mother immediately called police, and both the boy and Ms Medellin were taken to the hospital for an examination.
Male DNA samples found on her genitals were not found to be sufficient for a match.
But court documents revealed the samples collected from her breast backed up the little boy's claim.
Police arrested Ms Medellin on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a child at Bexar County Magistrate's Office after the test results and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
