A Russian nuclear submarine has caught fire about 620 miles north of Moscow.
A blaze broke out on the submarine while it was in the Zvezdochka shipyard in Severodvinsk.
It is understood the vessel was undergoing repair work at the time.
State news agency Tass said the ship that caught fire was the Orel, an Oscar II-class submarine that is capable of carrying nuclear-tipped cruise and anti-submarine missiles.
But authorities have said there is no danger of radioactive emissions or explosion.

Ilya Zhitomirsky, a spokesman for the United Shipbuilding Corporation which runs the shipyard, said the submarine's weapons and critical elements of its nuclear reactor had been removed before the repairs started.

He said nobody was injured in the fire.
It is understood the blaze started in the vessel's insulation.
