The men shown in these CCTV stills are being sought by police in connection with the robbery of a building society.
The three men, two of whom are believed to be in their teens, are wanted after cash was stolen from the Britannia Building Society in Edgware, north-west London, on Friday morning.
Two of the suspects jumped over the cashier's counter while the other stood by the front door.
A member of staff was pinned against the wall while money was grabbed.
All of the suspects, who are described as black and having London accents, then fled.
