Broad fitness worry for England

Stuart Broad remains a fitness concern for England
19 March 2014

Concerns over Stuart Broad's troublesome right knee forced England to field 12 men for their final World Twenty20 warm-up against India in Mirpur.

Teams are allowed to use their full squad in the pre-tournament practice games and, although England do not like to do so, Broad's desire to test his fitness saw him added to the XI that lost to West Indies in Fatullah on Tuesday.

Eoin Morgan will captain the side instead of regular skipper Broad, who is unlikely to spend long in the field after bowling.

Morgan won the toss against Mahendra Singh Dhoni and chose to bowl first.
