Blake Green's hat-trick against his former club helped Wigan Warriors hammer Hull KR 84-6 at Craven Park.

Pat Richards contributed 28 points - including a first-half try - as the Warriors blew Rovers away with ruthless efficiency. Wigan outscored Rovers by 15 tries to one as the Super League leaders laid down a marker in East Yorkshire.

Josh Charnley, Iain Thornley (two), Jack Hughes, Matty Smith (two), Chris Tuson (two), Sam Powell, Liam Farrell and Sam Tomkins also went over for the Warriors, with Greg Eden scoring Rovers' only try of the game.

Huddersfield roared back to winning ways with an 11-try, 62-6 rout as Widnes paid a heavy price for fielding an under-strength team .Skipper Danny Brough was at the heart of Huddersfield's impressive display, creating a hat-trick of tries for left winger Aaron Murphy and contributing 22 points on his own with a try and nine goals.

St Helens prop Josh Perry celebrated his first tries for the club as they overcame bottom side Castleford 48-18.

Perry touched down twice as rampant Saints crossed nine times to pile on the misery for the Tigers. Another forward, Joe Greenwood, also scored two as the Tigers put up little resistance on their way to a sixth successive loss.

Mark Flanagan, Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Tommy Makinson, Adam Swift and Jordan Turner also claimed tries, while Mark Percival added six goals from nine attempts. Daryl Clark, Justin Carney and James Clare were the try-scorers for Cas.

Warrington Wolves responded to their surprise derby defeat at Widnes Vikings with an ultimately convincing 54-20 victory over an inexperienced London Broncos outfit, while Bradford consolidated their position in the upper reaches of the table with a deserved 36-24 victory over Salford.

Jamie Shaul marked his debut in style with a brace of tries as injury-hit Hull bounced back from their derby defeat on Good Friday with a 34-22 win at Wakefield and in the late game, Leeds ended Catalans' unbeaten home record with a backs-to-the-wall 27-12 victory that saw them on the wrong end of the penalty count and down a man after the dismissal of Ryan Bailey.

Catalans struggled in wet conditions as they continually dropped the ball at crucial times with Zeb Taia, Louis Anderson and Jamal Fakir all accountable with unforced errors. Kevin Sinfield led the way with 15 points in the Rhinos' superb victory, achieved in spite of Bailey's removal for a late shoulder high challenge on Thomas Bosc.
