Alan Carr has been getting his fancy dress costumes in as he approaches the party season.

The comedian has been getting ready for his big New Year’s Eve show by dressing up as some of 2014's most talked about celebrities.

First on his list of dress up was Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, who this year shot back onto our screens when she returned as a judge on the X Factor.

To get her look, Alan donned a white outfit, similar to the one that Cheryl wore when she performed her new single I Don’t Care live on the X Factor.

Also on his hit list was Gemma Collins, who recently drew attention after quitting her stint on I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here after just three days in camp.

The Chatty Man host dressed up in the jungle get up, and pulled a sad face to mimic the TOWIE star's upset at being trapped in the Australian outback with limited food.

Dressed up as Collins for a spoof of 24 Hours in Police Custody, the character confesses to a number of crimes from killing Lucy Beale on EastEnders to preferring rival reality TV show Made in Chelsea.

"Oh it’s doing me ead in, I’ll confess to anyfink - I’ve just got get out … I hid Arg … I killed Lucy Beale … I prefer Made in Chelsea, anything babes … I’m just so hungry … I can’t fink when I’m hungry."

White Dee, made famous by her appearance on Channel 4’s reality show Benefits Street, was also parodied for Alan’s NYE special.

Wearing a short brunette wig, and a padded out stomach, the comedian clutches a cigarette as he plays pretend.

Each character will be involved in a different skit on the New Year’s Eve Specstacular show, which airs on 31 December at 9pm on Channel 4.
