Boys battle it out in final
Big Brother is heading for its closest final yet with Eugene and Anthony neck and neck.
The pair will battle it out with Makosi and Kinga in tonight's live showdown.
Eugene could still walk away with the winner's prize despite taking £50,000 cash in a surprise twist.
News that Makosi is an actress signed up to a showbiz website has made sure she has no chance of winning.
Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: "The favourite to win changes by the hour. It is going to be the closest Big Brother final night in the history of the series. We can't call it.
"Bookmakers have always dismissed the chances of any housemate who is not in the house from the start but Eugene has a huge chance of bucking the trend and making history.
"It is a two horse race. Makosi and Kinga are not in the running. Makosi will head back to her talent agency penniless while Kinga will get a job with any employer who has the bottle to take her on."
Big Brother was hit by claims in The Sun newspaper that Makosi is an actress hired through a talent agency.
The 24 year old is on the books of a firm called Envenio which supplies contestants for reality shows and extras for films.
She describes herself on its website as an "actress, presenter, compere and dancer".
Programme maker Endemol confirmed it had contacted Envenio when searching for contestants for this series, but said Makosi had auditioned just like everyone else.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman insisted: "Makosi went through the same audition process as every other housemate and was not fast-tracked in any way.
"Our understanding is that Envenio is one of many outlets that inform their members where and when Big Brother auditions are taking place once this information is made public."
Ladbrokes said it had been contacted by a number of punters who had bet on Makosi and wanted their money back, but the bookmaker will not be refunding their stakes.
Bookmaker William Hill has taken more than £1 million worth of bets on the outcome of Big Brother - almost double the previous record turnover.
"We have been astonished by the interest in Big Brother and it has once again proved that it is the daddy when it comes to reality television."
