What irritates you most about modern life? Impersonal, incompetent call centres, perhaps? Or slippery, untrustworthy estate agents? Well, this series sets out to pinpoint the people the nation's consumers hate most. The selection has already been narrowed down, by public vote, and presenter Matt Allwright tonight reveals our top 10 irritations. The series kicks off by putting the boot into banks - the organisations who want to be trusted with our money, yet give the distinct impression they are ripping us off.
