Brian Harvey sensationally quit the jungle today on I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!.

The former East 17 star packed his bags and walked out of the camp.

Harvey, 30, had been struggling with his emotions following the death of his beloved grandmother.

News of her death was broken to him on his arrival in Australia and he entered the jungle a day late.

On Wednesday he faced the grim House of Pies challenge in which he had to eat insect-infested pies covered by a swarm of flies.

And viewers had seen Harvey become increasingly upset by the number of flies which had found their way into his camp bed.

ITV said it did not yet know the circumstances of Harvey's departure.
