Vick Hope has revealed that she listens to Taylor Swift’s music when her husband Calvin Harris is not around.

The BBC Radio 1 presenter made the admission during her radio show, Going Home with Vick, Katie, and Jamie, on Monday when co-host Katie Thistleton read out listener’s messages about the things they like to do when their partners aren’t around.

When one fan wrote that they listen to “all the tunes he hates while I dance”, Thistleton responded: “You can listen to all of the music he hates while he’s out of the house.”

Hope, 34, decided to share her own experience and revealed that she is a fan of her husband’s ex-girlfriend’s music.

Hope, although initially reluctant to say who she secretly listens to, admitted when Harris “goes away” she turns on the Cruel Summer singer’s hits.

“As soon as my husband goes away, I listen to Taylor Swift,” she admitted, causing her co-host to burst out laughing.

“That’s just when I get my little fill — just a little fill. Just a couple of songs, get it out of my system and then it’s done.”

Harris dated Swift dated for 15 months between 2015 and 2016, eventually breaking things off in March 2016.

During their romance, the pair worked together on his 2016 summer hit, This is What You Came For, which Swift wrote under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg.

The Scottish DJ, 40, then found love with Hope, who he first met more than 16 years ago.

In an interview with You Magazine last January, Hope revealed Harris asked her out for the first time when his track, Acceptable in the '80s came out in 2007, but she rejected him.

She told the publication: “It's something that we laughed about on our first proper date. We still laugh about it now."

The pair revisited their spark in early 2022, with the couple eventually getting married in September 2023 at an estate in North East England, with Nile Rodgers and his band Chic performing at it.
