Celebrity chef on drink-drive charge

Television chef Keith Floyd has been charged with drink-driving after a headon crash. The 60-year-old, who lives in Oxford, was held after his Peugeot 806 collided with a Land Rover Discovery, causing minor injuries to its female driver. Floyd failed a road-side breath test after last night's accident in Wiltshire. He is due to appear before magistrates at Swindon on 23 November.
