David Beckham and top-knot tot Harper were spotted at the swings in a New York playground yesterday. Harper was doing a Daisy Lowe, teaming a floaty dress with bovver boots - and very cute she looked, too.

The outing comes as Victoria Beckham quashed rumours her family is returning to live in America only months after settling back in Britain. The speculation came after the couple and their four children spent the summer in Los Angeles, where they were based when Beckham played for LA Galaxy. Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer Victoria said: “I’m so happy to be back in London, we all are. The kids go to fantastic schools, they have lots of friends and our family live in London, we’re very proud to be British.

“I travel a lot, so I get influenced by lots of different places but I’m enjoying London. I work every day and spend time with my family. London is an incredible city.”

The family moved to the capital in the new year for Beckham’s brief signing to Paris Saint-Germain before he retired from football in May.
