Beyonce has finally spoken out frankly against that lift incident.

The superstar, whose sister Solange Knowles was caught on camera attacking Jay-Z in a lift, has referred to the scandal in her new single Flawless, featuring rapper Nicki Minaj.

She says: "Of course sometimes s*** goes down when there's a billion dollars on an elevator."

The mother and business woman also makes direct reference to Solange: "My sister taught me how to speak my mind/my man make me feel so God damn fine."

Later in the track she explains the qualities she admires in both parties involved in the fight.

Despite an initial statement from Beyonce, Jay-Z and Solange saying the three of them had 'moved forward as a united family', this is the first time the singer seems to be saying what she really thinks of the backlash surrounding the affair, which took place after the 2014 Met Gala Ball.

She may have got certain feelings off her chest but Queen Bey is staying silent regarding reports on trouble in paradise between her and Jay.

Rumours are rife that the pair are sleeping in different rooms while on tour together.
