Britain’s Got Talent comedian Lost Voice Guy has reassured fans he will be “match fit” for Sunday night’s final.

The 37-year-old, who has cerebral palsy, kept viewers up to date on social media, sharing an image of his bruised face after a fall.

He wrote: “This is why Lost Balance Guy never made it onto #BGT. Don’t worry though, it was only a trip. I’ll be match fit for the final on Sunday! @BGT.”

He later told The Sun: “After such an amazing night in my semi-final, I tripped over when I got back to my hotel on Monday night.

"Lost Voice Guy became Lost Balance Guy for a moment. Don’t worry though, I’m feeling fine again now and am looking forward to the final. Thanks to everyone who made sure I was alright. I felt in very good hands.”

The star was immediately inundated with well-wishes from fans looking forward to seeing him perform again at the weekend.

After making it through on Monday evening, Lost Voice Guy joked: “This is the best I have felt in a very long time. In fact, I feel more special than usual.”

So far, three acts are confirmed to appear in the final alongside the comedian having triumphed in the live shows.

The D-Day Darlings, 10-year-old Calum Courtney and David Walliams’ golden buzzer act Donchez Dacres will all appear once more on Sunday evening hoping to win the £250,000 and a spot on the Royal Variety Performance bill.

Britain’s Got Talent continues weekdays at 7.30pm and 9.30pm on ITV.
