Superstar DJ Calvin Harris is the final name confirmed to perform at this year’s Capital Summertime Ball.

A plethora of acts were announced in a series of big reveals on Capital Breakfast this week by host Roman Kemp who will host the annual spectacular when it returns to Wembley Stadium next month.

Harris was confirmed on Thursday morning after billboard's teased his booking. The announcement comes a day after Rita Ora and Anne Marie, as well as Sigala, Tom Walker, Jax Jones and Norwegian singer Sigrid, who described playing the iconic London landmark as “insane,” were confirmed.

Speaking on the show, Sigrid said: “I’m going to love it. I probably should say that I have a masterplan but I think we’re going to run up and have fun and play our favourite songs.”

They will share the stage with recently reunited US pop group the Jonas Brothers, with the gig marking their first UK show in 10 years.

Nick, Joe and Kevin sent fans into meltdown earlier this year when they dropped their brand new track Sucker from upcoming album Happiness Begins, which will be released the day before the Summertime Ball.

Halsey, who won the Rising Star gong at this year’s Global Awards, will fly in from the US as well as Maroon 5 and Mark Ronson, while 5 Seconds of Summer will be jetting in from Australia.

Other names confirmed include Jess Glynne, Ava Max, Jonas Blue, Mabel, Lauv, Khalid and Ellie Goulding

Capital Summertime Ball takes place on June 8.
