Caroline Flack cemented her Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Award with a kiss - from Olly Murs.

The X Factor presenting duo appeared to confirm months of romance speculation when they locked lips inside a photo booth at the celebratory bash.

Flack, 36 - who last month revealed her relationship with Murs is "not totally platonic" - uploaded the photo to her Instagram account alongside another showing her kissing a smiling Murs on the cheek.

She captioned the photos with a love heart.

"It's like Ross and Rachel in Friends. It's getting there. She always says 'No, no, no' ... but then you see them backstage."
