Celebrity Big Brother contestant Jeremy Jackson has been issued with a police caution for common assault after fellow house mate Chloe Goodman claimed that he had opened her bathrobe and exposed her breast.

Jackson, 34, was removed from the house following the “wholly unacceptable” incident in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A statement released by Hertfordshire police read: "A 34 year old man voluntarily attended Hatfield Police station [on January 12] to assist police with their enquiries into an incident which is alleged to have taken place in the Big Brother House in Borehamwood in the early hours of Saturday (January 10). The man has subsequently been issued with a police caution for common assault."

Ex on the Beach star Goodman, 21, was helping Jackson after he fled to the toilet to be sick. Shortly afterwards Goodman ran out of the toilet in tears and told her housemates: “I was helping him and he went to my dressing gown top and put my boob out.”

After the incident occurred Jackson tried to explain his actions and defend claims that he groped Goodman but show bosses removed him from the Channel 5 reality show. Speaking to The Sun he said: “It was a terrible drunken mistake — I’m so ashamed. It would be really easy to blame it all on the alcohol, but I’m not that cheap of a player. It’s my fault, and I can’t blame it on anything but me.

“I didn't touch her skin or paw her. Please forgive me.”

A second contestant, Ken Morley, has also been removed from the house for “unacceptable and offensive language".

The former Coronation Street actor was ejected after Ofcom received hundreds of complaints following Morley's use the word ‘negro’ when in conversation with American singer Alexander O’Neal.
