What is it? Dating in the Park
What happens? Guests at Yahoo! Personals Dating In The Park events are greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival before being shown to their picnic mats by the host.
But here’s the difference, this is Syndicate Dating — and that means you go with two friends, combining dating with a night out with pals.
One female and one male syndicate group sit at each picnic mat with a hamper full of food and drink. Daters then enjoy the sandwiches, snacks, strawberries and cream, whilst getting to know their fellow picnic guests. After 15 minutes of quality ‘get to know you time’, male syndicate groups move on to the next mat to meet a new set of fellow female daters, and so on, until the end of the evening. At the end of the evening, daters can enjoy a game of croquet or lawn bowls, or head off to a local bar to continue the fun.
When is it? Thursday 5th August - 6.30pm at Berkeley Square (nearest tube Green Park).
