Kim Kardashian has accused Drake of threatening her family as she defended her “genius” husband Kanye West in the wake of his furious Twitter tirade about the Canadian rapper.

West, 38, reignited his feud with Drake, accusing him of threatening his family in an eight-hour-long rant and claiming he targets people suffering with mental health issues.

Kardashian praised West for ‘changing the world’ and reiterated her husband's claim that he “made” Drake.

She tweeted: “@drake Never threaten my husband or our family. He paved the way for there to be a Drake.

“My husband is the most brilliant person, the most genius person that I know. He has broken so many boundaries, everything from music, stage design, fashion and culture and will continue to change the world.”

Kardashian was mocked by fans for being the “supportive wife,” while others told her to “log out sis”.

One wrote: “Did he tell you to write this?”

Others jumped to her defence, with one posting: “I’ve been waiting for this women should always BACK their men! @kanyewest @KimKardashian.”

A second wrote: “And you’re an amazing woman, wife and mother... you’ve achieved so much and would continue to.”

West's rant saw him blast Drake for being “fake” and for dissing him on No Stylist, his joint track with French Montana.

West also referenced the violent incident at Pusha T’s gig last month in a bid to back up his claims Drake is threatening. Concert-goers rushed the stage which saw one victim left in a critical condition after being stabbed.

West tweeted: “Drake called trying to threaten me.

“There would never be a Drake without a Kanye West so never come out your mouth with a threat (sic).”

Representatives for Drake declined to comment.
