Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber have topped the charts with their new single I Don’t Care, racking up 13 million streams and 22,000 downloads in one week.

The duo also racked up a combined 123,852 sales, making it only the second chart-topping single to open with more than 100,000 sales.

I Don’t Care marks Sheeran’s sixth Number 1 and Bieber’s seventh, meaning the Canadian crooner is now on par with Kylie, U2 and Elton John with his haul of tree-topping hits.

Earlier on Friday, the pair released the official video for I Don’t Care which features some bizarre scenes, including Bieber dressed as both a bear and an ice cream.

I Don’t Care is not the first time Sheeran and Bieber have teamed up musically, with Sheeran having co-written the Canadian’s hit Love Yourself. Sheeran originally penned the track for his own album but passed it on.
