Actress Emily Blunt and John Krasinski looked every inch the Hollywood couple as they arrived hand-in-hand at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Annual Grants Banquet in Beverly Hills.

Blunt, 32, looked stunning in a black halterneck gown with a belted waist while her husband opted for a smart grey suit.

The Into the Woods actress teamed up with Benecio Del Toro to accept a grant on behalf of AFI, Cinematheque, UCLA and NYU, but the pair struggled to read the auto cue and recived a standing ovation from fellow guests Jake Gyllenhaal and Jon Hamm for their efforts.

Also at the A-list event was singer Lady Gaga who wore a floor length white gown.

According to Variety, she had the crowd laughing after taking to the stage and telling the audience that when she heard Jamie Lee Curtis say her name, she "snarfed an olive into my nose and there’s still a teeny, tiny piece in there”.

Stunning: Halle Berry posing for the cameras ahead of the event

Other big showbusiness names at the bash included Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks and Fifty Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson as well as Halle Berry who looked stunning in a blue dress with lace paneling.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which supports film restoration and arts charities and puts on the Golden Globes each year, presented £1.28 million to non-profit organisations at last night's event.

The 73rd annual Golden Globes will be held on January 10.
