Emma Bunton: ‘We’d love to do a Spice Girls reunion at Wembley’

Emma Bunton is keen to put on a Spice Girls reunion at Wembley Stadium.

The former pop star has hinted that the 1990s pop group could be celebrating their 20th anniversary with an epic one-off show.

“Wembley is something we’d really love to do. We adore each other. There’s so much we’ve been through. I would love to do something,” she told the Telegraph.

“I think we’d all quite like to do something, but it really is figuring it out.

“We all have such different lives. Mel B lives in America. We’ve all got different managers.”

While there have been rumours of an anniversary reunion for months, plans are yet to be confirmed.

Victoria Beckham recently confirmed that she had ruled herself out of any reunion activity, with her rep telling TMZ:

“Victoria has been very respectful about the fabulous time they had together in the past, however her focus is now very much her family and fashion business.”

Mel B has been vocal about her desire to reunite the 1990s pop group for one last hurrah to celebrate 20 years since debut single Wannabe was released.

Speaking about a reunion on podcast Allegedly she said: "It's a never-ending question. The thing is we are in talks with each other, closely about this reunion.

"So until there's something official to say there's no point saying anything. Until there's tour dates to announce, then there's point in talking about it until it actually happens."
