Emma Watson has poked fun at her Time’s Up tattoo mishap at The Oscars, saying that she's currently recruiting for a "proofreading position."

The Harry Potter actress made a strong stand against sexual misconduct in Hollywood by inking the name of one of the movements on her arm.

But fans couldn’t help but notice there was a grammatical error with her fake ink and called it out online.

Now, the 27-year-old has laughed about her own accidental faux pas with a simple tweet.

She wrote: “Fake tattoo proofreading position available. Experience with apostrophes a must.”

Fans were quick to reply to call to action, joking that they would willingly take up this “dream job”.

One quipped: “Hi Emma - I'd like to apply for the job. My experience with apostrophes consists in being able to differentiate 'Emma, *you're* perfect' from 'I'd like to be *your* boyfriend’.”

While another commented: “I've got a permanent marker and a steady hand...”

“I would like to take you up on this job opportunity? I have a masters in proofreadery graduated with a 1st from Tattoo Uni top of my class,” posted somebody else.

The temporary transfer came weeks after the star donated £1 million to the UK Justice and Equality Fund.

The organisation raises money to launch advice and support to help prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.

Watson – who became a Women Goodwill Ambassador for the UN in 2014 – was among a host of stars who stood out in support of Hollywood’s movement against sexual harassment on Sunday night.
