Fans of Geri Horner are calling for the former Spice Girl to release new music after she shared a video of herself singing with Ronnie Wood.

Horner (nee Halliwell) tweeted a video of Wood playing an acoustic version of the late Jim Croce's 1973 hit, I Got A Name, as she sang along.

The video, titled "Jammin' with Ronnie", shows the musical pair sitting on a sofa as Wood strums the guitar and Horner taps to the beat.

Fans were overcome with excitement with one tweeting: “Oh my godddd those vocals!!! Please release something soon!!!”

Another posted: “Now please just release your album for your fans who have waited 11 years.”

A third commented: “I just wish she would stop teasing us all and just finally release a new album. We've all waited long enough. Hurry Geri! I know it's gonna be good.”

The video comes days after Horner teased fans with a picture of herself in the recording studio.

Horner showed off her baby bump in the black and white image which was captioned: “In the studio.”

The couple announced the news on Instagram with a line from Geri's single, It’s Raining Men.

She posted a black and white sketch of a woman with a baby bump on Instagram alongside the caption: “God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice.”

The singer was flooded with well-wishes from fans, including her former bandmate Emma Bunton who said she was "over the moon" at the news.

"I've known for a while and I've had to keep it a secret, so it's wonderful that it is out in the open," she told BANG Showbiz.

"I'm over the moon, she is going to be an amazing mum, for the second time. I'll be babysitting but we are all working mums so she doesn't need any advice from me. It's very exciting."
